About Us
Care begins with heart
WHO WE ARE
The Croft-Malvern Health Care Service is an inclusive and diversity community-based service supporting individuals with complex needs and treatment-resistant psychosis. As a step-down provision, we help bridge the gap between institutional services and community living; working across secure mental health settings and the criminal justice system.
Our approach offers a meaningful alternative to hospital care, focusing on recovery and crisis management, leading to improved patient outcomes and experiences.
We provide a range of community-based support, from high-support residential care to semi-independent supported housing.
These objectives are based on safety planning and positive risk taking.
